New Knowledge Base and Support Portal Announcement

First Foundation Announces New Knowledge Base and Support Portal

Exciting Development for Clients and Staff

We're happy to announce the soft-launch of the new First Foundation Support Portal which will host a Knowledge Base with articles, guides, FAQs and more, all relating to the various products and services available from the Mortgage Division, Financial Division, and Insurance Division (aka OWN, GROW, and PROTECT).

The support portal will allow First Foundation staff, Associates, and Agents, respond quickly to customer inquiries, track service requests more efficiently, ensure timely follow-up and improve on our already award-winning service levels.

Customers and clients will be able to quickly search up answers to frequently-asked-questions, submit service requests without waiting on hold or leaving a voicemail, get email, chat, or even text message updates on the status of their request, and interact directly with First Foundation team members via chat, text, and online voice.

This new system is a supplement to the MyFoundation Portal which we have developed primarily for our insurance clients, and will augment its capabilities.

This is a new system for all of us and it's really at the Alpha stage of development, so stay tuned as we add new features, test and fix bugs, and develop content for this portal.

We're excited about this next phase in our growth and the opportunities it presents to serve you even better. -- Gordon McCallum, CEO

As always, we're here to help you to OWN, GROW, and PROTECT. Let us know how we can serve you, and we look forward to your feedback.
